This tutorial will show how to change the controller's IP address directly through the web page, without the need to use MasterTool IEC XE.
Components

1 ARCHITECTURE
A computer/laptop will be required to use MasterTool X.

2 DEVELOPMENT
Before proceeding with this procedure, it is recommended that the user consult Tutorial 68, which presents a step-by-step guide on how to access the controller's web page. After reviewing Tutorial 68 and successfully accessing it, the user can return to this tutorial to continue with the network parameter changes.
Configuration mode definition
The controller can operate in two ways:
- Via application (software / MasterTool)
- Via web page
For this procedure:
- Access the Network tab
- Select the option defined by the web page
- Select the desired port:
- NET1 or NET2

Parameter changes
Now the user can configure:
- IP Address
- Subnet Mask
- Gateway
Fill in the fields according to the desired network.
Applying the settings
After configuring:
- Click Apply
The system will:
- Automatically restart the controller
- Apply the new network settings

After the change
- The PLC will respond at the new IP address
- It may be necessary to adjust the computer's IP to the new network
To access the web page again, use the newly configured IP
